Discovering Lugano

Morcote - voted as the prettiest village in Switzerland back in 2017.

During the past weeks, @hoteldelfinolugano has been hosting me on their premise to create content of the hotel and the region.⠀Today, I had the pleasure of going on an amazing private boat tour with Carlo, a senior local.⠀

We left early morning from Paradiso and did a full 3-hour lake tour. Passing through cute old little fisher’s villages such as Morcote, Brusino and Gandria, and listening to the interesting stories of Campione and Villa Favorita- to name only a few of the many insights received this morning.⠀

It is an entirely different experience to see the region from the water. So much to see, so much to explore. Transparent clear water surrounded by hills and mountains, raw nature and little villages with stories untold.⠀

The more time I spend down here, the more time I think I need to get to know it thoroughly. It is a little piece of paradise, this sunshine side of Switzerland🇨🇭💙 #ticinoturismo
